The Power, the Majesty,
the Messiah – Isaiah 40-66

The book of Isaiah has been said to
be a reflection of our entire Bible. The
66 chapters of Isaiah are broken into chapters 1-39, reflecting the 39 books of
the Old Testament telling of God’s dealing with Israel and the Jews. Isaiah chapters 40-66 reflect the 27 books of
the New Testament telling of God’s gift of salvation to the world through the
Messiah. Imbedded all through chapters
40-66, alongside all the Messianic prophecies, are descriptions of God’s power
and majesty – in which He worked to bring salvation to all mankind.
