My Goel – My Redeemer

One of the
foundational doctrines of Christianity is that of redemption. We say that we are redeemed by Jesus Christ
– He is our redemption. What does it
mean that we are “redeemed?” Where did that action originate? Why did Jesus have to redeem us? And what did He redeem us from? We will study the way God redeemed Israel and
see why that was the shadow of Christ’s final redemption.
