Knowledge Without Love

There
seems to always be a struggle between the Christian intellect and the Christian
emotion. Why is that? Too much intellect has its problems, but, too
much emotion has its own problems. What happens
when these God-given gifts are out of balance?
Where is the Church today, as a whole?
Have we neglected the intellect?
Have we lost the ability to reason from the Scriptures and defend our
faith? Or have we concentrated on the
intellect to the point that we have no love and have become nothing?
