This study
is intended to Biblically layout the history of the Jewish temple. The history of the first and second temples
as described in the Bible and how integral they were with Jewish life lays the foundation
for Christianity and the “new temple” of the Holy Spirit. What about the third temple that is spoken of
in the Old & New Testaments? How
does it apply to Christianity? How does Islam regard the Jewish temples, past
& future? We will look Biblically as
well as extra-Biblically at God’s dwelling place on earth.
